Retail affiliate partners

Beyond Amazon, we participate in affiliate programs run by fashion, footwear, accessories and beauty retailers, usually through affiliate networks. When you buy through one of those links, the retailer pays us a percentage of the sale, again at no extra cost to you. Articles that include affiliate links say so near the top, and shoppable product grids are labeled.

How we choose what to feature

Every piece in an outfit post earns its place on fit, fabric, versatility and value, and on how it works with the rest of the formula. We'll feature a piece from a store that pays us nothing if it's the better option, and we don't move a product up a list because its commission is higher. Picks are based on research of product listings, size charts and buyer reviews. We haven't tried on every item, and a post will say so explicitly when we have.

Advertising

Display ads on the site are delivered by third-party ad partners. We don't approve individual ads, and an ad's presence is not an endorsement by Poise & Pearl. If you see an ad that seems misleading or inappropriate, email the page URL and a screenshot to [email protected] and we'll report it.

Poise & Pearl printables

Our capsule wardrobe planners, outfit formula cards and closet audit sheets are our own products. Some are free with an email sign-up; others may be sold. When we mention them in an article, you're looking at our product, and the revenue goes to us.

Gifted items and sponsorships

Poise & Pearl does not currently accept sponsored posts or gifted products. Should that change, sponsored content will be marked "Sponsored" at the start of the post, gifted items will be identified as gifted, and no partner will have approval rights over what we say.

Prices, sizes and stock change quickly in fashion, and sales come and go. The price and availability shown on the retailer's site at the time of purchase is the one that applies.
